Work At Home Customer Service Agent Needed

Looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative who can work from home taking inbound calls.

Must have a good background (checks will be made) and must be honest and reliable. Integrity is a must for this position.

Requirements

* Internet Connection (Must be good enough to have a flowing conversation using VOIP)

* Must have a very good computer system (PC Specs Required)

* Must be available at all times to take calls.


Required Skills

* Previous customer service experience (Needed)

* Previously worked in an environment that required use of the American accent. (Little or no native accent required)

* Great customer service skills

* Willing to work additional hours when needed.

If you require a native Jamaican (who you will pay much less than an American) to have an American accent in order to speak to your American base customers you should just keep your company in America and hire Americans since the American accent is so imperative. Jamaicans speak standard english with a proud Jamaican accent which any sensible English speaking will understand.
