Thanks to Jade’s delightful chat with Wellesley, we’ve uncovered how awesome mulberries are. Before you watch the video, let’s talk about some of its benefits.

How to Enjoy Mulberries

Mulberry Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of dried mulberry leaves or fruit
  • 2 cups of water
  • Honey or lemon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add the dried mulberry leaves or fruit.
  3. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea into a cup.
  5. Add honey or a squeeze of lemon if you’d like to enhance the flavour.
  6. Sip and enjoy this calming, nutrient-rich drink!

Mulberry is a tiny fruit with a big benefit. It’s delicious, nutrient-packed, and full of surprises. Whether you’re munching on the fruit, sipping on mulberry tea, or using it in your skincare routine, you’re reaping a wealth of benefits.
