Is this a newly developed property? Good question. “Definitely not since it was established in 1972 and changed owners in 1994 when it was purchased by a group from “Down Under”.  

Wouldn’t you just love to be one of the brain cells of the one who conjured up this “harmonious and respectful insertion” into the landscape of the renowned Negril Resort Town? I sure would.  Jean-Henri Morin, according to the hotel’s official website, has overseen the architectural development of Rockhouse since 1994.
