Riu Reggae Montego Bay is located on a beachfront next to its sister resorts Riu Palace and Riu Montego Bay. This adults-only, all-inclusive resort was opened in November 2016 and has been the chosen vacation spot for many couples and friends ever since. Its scenic surroundings, and many amenities and features, make it the go-to spot for many locals and visitors in Montego Bay.

Rooms And Suites At Riu Reggae

  • Double Room Garden View - These rooms usually have a king-size bed or two double beds, along with the basic amenities, also have a beverage dispenser and a balcony or terrace that provide views of a beautiful garden.

  • Double Room Sea View - As the name suggests these rooms give you a glimpse of paradise with beautiful ocean views from your balcony or terrace.

  • Double Standard With Balcony - Provide outstanding views of the hotel’s garden.

  • Family Room - Even though Riu Reggae is an adult-only resort, they do have a family room that is perfect for those travelling with adult family members or groups of friends. These suites have two bedrooms, one with two double beds and another with a sofa bed and king size bed.

  • Junior Suite Frontal Sea View - This is one of those suites that will keep you trapped indoors for your entire stay. Along with the basic features, there is a sofa in the lounge area and a hydromassage bathtub. These suites provide you with views of the sea from your balcony or terrace.

  • Double Room Partial Sea View - Similar to most other rooms, however, this room only provides lateral views of the sea.

  • Double Room Exterior View - Comes with basic amenities and views of the resort.

Eating and Drinking at Riu Reggae Montego Bay

One of the perks of staying at an all-inclusive resort is that you can eat as much as you want to, drink as much as you can and never have to ask or consider a bill. At the Riu, Reggae Resort enjoys all-inclusive meals and snacks right throughout the day.

For breakfast, you can look forward to full American or continental style breakfasts or live cooking stations. For lunch enjoy hot and cold buffets, pizza, pasta, salads and more. Or even grab some traditional Jamaican Jerk Chicken. For dinner, you will also find live cooking stations, buffets and special themed evenings.

There are also Asian and Italian cuisine restaurants that are buffet style, a steakhouse restaurant and Kulinarium a la carte restaurant. Guests are required to dress appropriately for dinner based on the dress code of the restaurant they choose to dine. 

In addition to all the options at Riu Reggae, guests also have the option of dining at any restaurant at their neighbour resort, Riu Montego Bay. 

Entertainment and Activities at Riu Reggae Montego Bay

At the Riu Reggae Resort, you will have numerous options for fun and sporting activities. You can choose to just relax in the pool or be more active and join the action for some beach volleyball. There are also many watersports activities for you to choose from.

Their energetic entertainment team ensures there are activities for you to participate in all day and night, including live shows and music. While Riu Reggae does not have a spa on the property, guests can use the world-class Renova Spa Centre, at Riu Montego Bay. Here, they can enjoy sauna treatments, whirlpools, use their fitness facilities or indulge in a wide selection of body and beauty care and treatments.

While Riu Reggae is a great resort all on its own, having access to all the features and amenities at the neighbouring RIU resorts, will make staying here an even sweeter deal.
