Place To Rent In Jamaica For Business

I came back to live in Jamaica over a year now, I would like to rent a place for my business as I am unable to buy a place right now.

If there 's anyone out there who selfless enough to assist in helping me to find a place or if you do have a place which you may be pleased to rent to a person with a VISION & AMBITION please let me know.

I already have the things to do the Business I just need a place where I can also put my 40ft Container which is TILED AND FITTED WITH WINDOWS TO USED AS EXTRA SPACE. I would kike to set up Business in any of these areas:

The Water Front Kingston
Ocho Rios--Montego Bay--Falmouth or close by the highways where people passes by very often, A place where I can get passing trade.

The business is an Art's & Craft gift & things, And Restaurant with service and food to serve any one and every one international.

I carried my ideas and all my skills to promote but also hope to help others with a job.

LOOKING FOR :
A PLACE TO LEASE OR RENT LONG TERM FOR A CHILL-- SPOT,LOOKING TO SERVE JAMAICAN FOOD & BEVERAGES & TO THE CITIZENS AS WELL AS VISITORS, EXHIBIT MY CREATIVE WORK & PUT A SMILE ON THE FACES OF
MY CUSTOMERS .

ON THE WAY TO OR FROM THE NORTH COAST----------
I would like access to light and water as soon as possible therefore it would be good if the property has a building and space enough for a 40feet container .
NOTHING TOO NEAR TO A BEACH 'HOWEVER A NICE AREA IN KINGSTON WOULD DO JUST THE SAME: A LITTLE GREEN AREA TO PLANT SOME FLOWERS, A busy area accessable to foot walkers passing by & visibility to car users too.
A place where I would be able to plant my own fresh seasoning -herbs & vegetables etc.

Also & to plant some flowers to brighten up the space'Having flowers on the premises would give the privilege to Artist to come chill-out with a glass of beverage or a nice cup of herbal & paint. A REST STOP TO SERVE TOURIST & VISITORS ALIKE.

You can tryout freeport, Montego bay but the prices are super high per month.
