One lovely Saturday afternoon in the summer, my friends and I decided we were going to hang out in Negril.

We drove out with the goal of enjoying ourselves and discovering somewhere new and different.

We made several stops on the road having a drink here and there. By now we were at west end looking for the ideal spot!

We stopped at the lighthouse for the first time after being in Negril for so many times but didn't realize it was such a lovely place! The property is clean, spacious and nice! We met the caretaker who took us on a tour of the lighthouse and its history.

We climbed four flights of stairs to get to the top, while getting history lesson. Wow! We were finally at the top.

"Oh what a beauty, this is lovely, Jamaica is really a lovely place", were some of the sentiments expressed by my friends; we were overlooking the ocean and the lush green trees.

This photo captures a beautiful and tranquil view of West End Negril form one of the most historic building in Negril. Simply breathtaking !! the beautiful thing about this picture is that it captures something that most citizens of Westmoreland will live there entire life and never see and it right in their backyard.
