Looking for Tony Marshall

Trying to locate my husbands friend so they can reconnect , my husbands name is Keith Carr he used to reside in Washington Garden area of Kingston before he came to live in the UK ,they both worked for JOS round about 1968?
Tony used to live in Duhaney Park , he left JOS and went to work for a short while in Guantanamo Bay whilst over there they stayed in contact and he went to my husbands mothers funeral in 1973 .
