There are many rivers and streams to be found on the island of Jamaica. Spending a day by at a river can be very relaxing.

You can simply sit on a rock and allow the waters to flow over you. And get that awesome feeling as if all your cares are being washed away.

It is so easy for you to relax when you listen to the sound of the water flowing and the birds chirping.
These birds in Jamaica seem to be the happiest birds in the world. And they just love the river too, it seems.

There is the Martha Brae, The Dunns River, The Great River , The White River and many. That is why we say 'Jamaica no Problem. '
