Do you have a play area for kids in the community?

Yes there will be an area with a kiddies play structure, a football field, a walking trail, a multipurpose court for netball and basketball.

Question:
What documents are needed to acquire the house?

Answer:
Unless paying cash, everyone needs documents to qualify for a mortgage – the Banks will have their own list but typically a pre-approval letter, pay slips, a TRN, NIS, proof of deposit and income. Gore only requires a completed application, picture ID, TRN and the deposit.

Room size & house size?

Answer:
We sell three size houses – I will send another email with those floor plans.

Question:
What comes with the house?

Answer:
The only thing that comes with the house is an electric water heater in the 688 sq. ft. the 933 and 1280 have a solar water heater.

Question:
How much space is left for expansion?

Answer:
Each lot varies but typically you have 20-30 feet at the back of the house for expansion – wider lots you can also expand to the side but you must leave a 5’ boundary which is a Parish Council Rule.

How many closet space is there?

Answer:
Each Bedroom has a closet in the smaller house there are no closet doors, in the kitchen there are also kitchen cabinets.

What are the financial requirements?

Answer:
You must be able to put 5% of the purchase price down as well as the closing costs to hold a lot.

How far away is it from Falmouth town?

Answer:
Less than 5 minutes

Question:
How big is the lot?

Answer:
Standard Lots are 4500 sq. ft. and we do have bigger lots.

Question: What is the cost for the house and what would be the deposit?

Answer:
There are three size houses different prices. You can request a brochure for details.

How soon are they ready?

Answer:
We have houses ready now and also houses still to be built.
