The entertainment hub of Jamaica is Kingston. Aside from being the commercial and cultural center of the island, it has great things to offer for people looking for ultimate entertainment.
It also showcases many aspects of the rich culture and history of Jamaica. Kingston is where the famous Devon House Heritage house is found.
That said, Ocho Rios, Montego Bay and Negril are considered by many vacationers to be their top choice!
In the south coast city of Mandeville is the coffee plantation that depicts the colorful history of the past.
Montego Bay which is one of the popularly visited beach resorts destination offers relaxation and repose to tourists. Other than the ease offered by the resorts, it also provides the perfect spot for water activities.
But tourists delve more of the beautiful Doctor’s Cave beach because many people believed that soaking up in the waters can heal several diseases.
The aquatic and marine life is well preserved and divers can’t help but get amazed with it in the Windowmaker’s Cave, one of the main highlights of diving in Montego Bay. Of course, you have the amazing option of fishing too!
If you enjoy watching the sundown and experiencing social life in Jamaica, the world famous Seven-Mile Negril Beach is the perfect place for you. It’s white sand beaches are as fine and white as granulated sugar.
It also has beach bars and open air restaurant for people who are looking forward to see the sun set. The amazing location is also where you can find good number of tourists enjoying the warm water.
Dunn’s River Falls is famous of its 600ft waterfall and captivating surrounding. Taking a tour in the waterfall makes you witness the stunning views. The clear splashing and noisy waters land down the rivers and large stones below invites tourists to indulge in the cold waters.
Jamaica is also the home of reggae artistes and music as it is where the legend Bob Marley came from. You can find the Bob Marley Mausoleum on the north coast, near the Ocho Rios area, at a place called Nine Miles and not far from it is where other members of Bob’s family and friends are still living.
