I have been trying to find a dear friend, Keith Harris, who I have lost contact with since 1982.

He lived at 31 Maiden Lane and Cumberland Avenue in Franklin Town in the earlier years and(Mona, Kingston 6 in 1982).

He has an aunt who lived in Meadowbrook and a cousin by the name of Fearon or Ferron who, I believed, worked at Tinson Pen. Anyone know of his whereabouts, please let me know. Thanks.

my Jamaican father

My mother was a training State Registered Nurse at one of the hospitals in Dartford Kent UK in 1959. Her name then was Jacqueline Anne Robinson. But she was married and changed her surname to Mills.

As much as i know about him , my father worked or trained alongside her in either Joyce Green, or Westhill Hospital, possibly in the Surgical Department, though I could be wrong.

My mother had a short relationship with my father , resulting in her becoming pregnant with me.
She said he did not know of me and returned to Jamaica soon after their meeting.

I have only just found out about this as my mother has kept this from me for 50 years. As you can imagine it's caused a lot of heartache , not knowing my origin.

All i can do is just try and find out more , even if my father has now passed away. He does not know i exist. There could not have been that many Jamaican doctors, or training students in these hospitals in 1959.

My birthdate is 10/12/1960. If anyone has any information to help piece together this search, please help.

All i need is a name, to help me move on.

Mr. Williams planted vegetables that he sold to the university. Althea might not be aware that Ms. May is not her mother because she raised her from a very young age.

I use to live in Miami up until 2003. I met Murphy (Fitzroy) Grant on a cruise ship.

He lived in Montego Bay Jamaica and the last I heard from him was in 2001. He had a beautiful daughter and two sons that were small.

His mom had a shop and his mother was sick with stomach cancer. I would really like to say hello to him again. I know he started working for Disney cruise ships, but that is all I know.

Hi. Two years ago, I met this guy online name Jay.

Him & I became close. His father owned his own shipping business of some sort which required them to travel back and forth.

The last time I heard from Jay...he told me that they had to go back to Jamaica for at least a week at the most. He always told me that if I never heard back from him.....to search for him.
& I always have...but I always end up and at a dead end.

Jay is originally from Kingston, Jamaica...but he was staying with his dad in New Jersey.

I don't know where to turn to anymore. I really miss talking to him. We were very close but we never had met in person.

We only talked on the phone but he became my best friend. I already did my searches so I know he wasn't some kind of ex con or sexual predator. I just really want to fnd him.

My Dear Friend's Mother- Claudette Johnson--formerly of Spanish Town

From what I have learnt is that this woman, that is, my Friend's Mother, is Formerly of Spanish Town St. Catherine(i.e. 3 Roberta Close, Lauriston,St. Catherine) and goes by the name of "Claudette Johnson". The mentioned address is the address that was given by her at the time of his birth. She gave Birth to her son at the Spanish Town Hospital in May of the Year 1984 from what I have heard and she named him "Andre Shane Morris". He has now grown to become a wonderful young man, not knowing the whereabouts of his Mother or Father, but most importantly, his Mother and no other Family Member by blood.

He has no knowledge of what has occurred, but he is aware of the fact that he was taken to the Maxfield Children's Home and from there he was taken and grown by a man whom he calls his Father. So I have come to the Conclusion that he is originally from Spanish Town. However, due to whatever circumstances that might have led to him becoming an Orphan, it so happened that he has grown up in Eastern Kingston, from Rockfort to other surrounding areas.

I'm hereby seeking to assist this young man to Unite with his Family, if it's even to know more about his Background or get to know his Mother.

I hereby patiently await any leads that might make it possible for Myself and Andre to locate his Mother "Claudette Johnson". My Contact number is 883-5669 or 461-5553 or 420-8390.
