Jamaica Children’s Gospel Song Competition

The Jamaica Children’s Gospel Song Competition allows children between 6 and 15 years old to express themselves utilizing any genre of music to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ with an original or cover entry song.

Entrants compete as a solo, an ensemble or as a choir and must be Jamaican citizens or persons residing in Jamaica for not less than two years at the closing date for entries.

There are three levels of adjudication in this competition – Regional Elimination, Semi-Final and National Final.

Prior to the National Finals workshops and seminars are conducted to prepare potential entrants and finalists in skill enhancement in singing, song writing and best practices in performance standards. Read more here
