The Montego Bay Welcome Sign - at Freeport
Here today are some ad hoc shots from interesting places and points in Montego Bay.
First, Aquasol Beach, That's the prime public beach in Montego Bay. We were there on New Year's Day! Has to be one of the best beaches in the island!
Still a popular tourist attractions, Doctor's cave beach has a rich and enviable history. Read more on Doctor's Cave Beach here.
That welcome sign is really for the cruise ship passengers who dock at the Montego Bay Freeport Pier. I probably did not do the area justice, it's truly beautiful. Many tourists pause there to take photos.
And finally, The cruise ship. That was one of the ships that docked at the Montego Bay cruise ship port every week. I think it was Royal Caribbean's 'Voyager of the seas' in this photo.
