Twelve privately owned units make up Beach House Condos. All guests enjoy the same welcoming personnel, who returning customers have come to think of as family, as well as the spectacular views and laid-back atmosphere.

With free Wi-Fi, beach chairs and towels, and room service from the on-site Ocean Breeze Restaurant, Beach House Condos Negril provides the perfect "homestay" experience. The property is also close to a multitude of eateries, bars, supermarkets, and food carts.

They have people on duty around the clock, as well as a tour desk that can help with booking any excursions, scooter or car rentals, or taxi services. For a modest cost, laundry services are additionally offered.

Condos

Ocean House

Up to four people may stay in split-level lodgings at The Ocean House, which features a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor and a single bedroom with an ensuite bathroom upstairs. Additionally, each floor features a separate terrace, providing additional outside living space.

The Ocean House, which is situated directly on the beach, provides breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, Negril's Seven Mile Beach, and the different water sports available there.

Upper Beach House

One of the nicest beachfront hotels on Seven Mile Beach is without a doubt the two-bedroom, two-bath Upper Beach House. Granite countertops and new, sleek appliances can be seen in the contemporary kitchen. A wooden dining set is available for outdoor meals in addition to an interior dining table.

Each bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, a flat-screen TV, a laptop safe, and French doors that open onto a balcony with a view of the garden and a two-seat cafe table. The beachfront balcony of the apartment also has French doors that open onto it, giving visitors views of Seven Mile Beach, the blue ocean, and lush tropical vegetation.

Lower Beach House

The first floor of the property's namesake, Beach House, is home to the two-bedroom, three-bath Lower Beach House apartment, which has a prime location just steps from the beach.

This unit, a favourite of both garden and beach enthusiasts, has its own garden with an outdoor shower, hammocks, and easy access to the beach. The second bedroom has two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom, while the master suite has a king bed and an en suite bathroom. Just outside the living room is the third bathroom.

Penthouse

For those who desire the best views and closest access to the beach, the 1-bedroom, 1-bath Penthouse is ideal. The Penthouse is one of Beach House Condos' most well-liked condos, in large part because of its exclusive rooftop access, sweeping sea views, and beachfront access.

The Penthouse features a private bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, as well as a living room, kitchen, and dining area. Both the living area and the bedroom have access to spacious balconies.

Upper Reef House

On the second story of the building back from the beach, Upper Reef House has two bedrooms and three bathrooms. The apartment is roomy, completely air-conditioned, and features a kitchen, an outside deck, and vaulted ceilings.

It takes only a few seconds to get to 7Mile Beach by going down some stairs and passing past the Ocean Breeze Restaurant. An apartment is a perfect place for friends and families to enjoy their stay in Negril because it is surrounded by cool, tropical tree tops.

With a king bed in one room and a queen bed in the other, each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The Upper Reef House has a spacious living area with outdoor seating for up to four (4) guests.

Lower Jungle House

The third building from the entryway is where you'll find the two-bedroom, two-bathroom Negril Jamaica. The apartment is ideal for families because each bedroom has a queen and a single bed. The sleep alternatives, which can accommodate up to six guests, are perfect for trips that call for more flexible bedding options.

The ground-floor apartment is wheelchair accessible, and a short garden path leads to the beachfront.

Lower Reef House

The Lower Reef House, with its two bedrooms and three bathrooms, is the second building from the beach and the fourth building from the entrance, giving guests easy access to the beach at a price comparable to a garden view. The main porch and both bedroom patios provide a soothing place to rest because they are surrounded by cool, tropical flora.

This apartment is a terrific choice for friends or family travelling together because it has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a second bedroom with two double beds and an ensuite bathroom.

Sunsuite

The 2-bedroom, 1-bath Sunsuite is a fantastic choice for families travelling to Jamaica. Ideal for 2 to 4 people; both bedrooms feature double beds, and the living area has a couch.

As an added benefit, this apartment provides guests with a cosy spot to enjoy morning coffee or dinner under the stars on the roomy sun terrace with an outdoor dining table. Despite being closest to the boulevard, it takes less than a minute to walk from Sunsuite to the beach.

Jungle House Tree Top

The third building from the beach is where this 1-bedroom (King bed) vacation rental is located. On the second floor, it offers a quiet stay with views of the garden path. With soaring ceilings in the bedroom and living space and a private balcony, you will enjoy unwinding in tropical style.

The apartment is nicely laid up, and they are confident that you will appreciate the cosy kitchen and dining area as you cook in your home away from home.

Garden Studios

The restaurant and beach are both less than a minute's walk from The Garden House, which is the second structure from the entrance. Three Garden Studios, each distinctively furnished but with a similar design, are located on the lower floor.

The studios provide good value for those looking for a nice and comfortable spot to return after a day spent lounging in the sun or visiting Negril because they are roomy and effective.

These studios have a private ensuite bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, a sitting area, and a king bed. Private patios with dining outside and access to the main promenade are accessible through French double doors.

Dining

Despite being independently run, the Ocean Breeze restaurant is on-site and provides the convenience of a local lunch or dinner without having to leave the beach. Ice cool local beers, mixed cocktails, and smoothies prepared with local fruits are all available with full bar service.

A delectable jerk chicken, the fish of the day, and freshly cooked salads are all on the menu. Free room service is available, and the staff will do their best to meet specific requirements.
