My name is Maureen, and I gave birth to a baby girl on October 2, 1981, in Lionel Town hospital, in Clarendon. But hours later the nurse told me my baby died.
Before I left the hospital a hospital personnel told me to register the birth, so I asked her if my baby died I should have registered death, not birth.
I named my baby Stacy-Ann Williams. I was able to get an official copy of the birth certificate. I just want to know if she is alive or really dead.
Thank you.
