For a while, all-you-can-eat buffets weren’t really a thing in Jamaica. While it is off to a slow start, a few restaurants have caught on, and I must admit that as a foodie, I am excited about this. I don’t know of any fully all-you-can-eat buffets in Jamaica, but what I can share with you is a handful of restaurants that have designated days per week when they have an all-you-can-eat buffet for a set price.

The Blue Window Restaurant

This restaurant is located at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel and you don't have to be a guest to visit. It's known for its laid-back elegance and a wide array of dining options, this restaurant offers a memorable culinary experience with stunning views of the poolside.

Their Sunday Brunch is a true highlight and you won’t want to miss it! They offer a generous variety of both authentic Jamaican dishes and international cuisine. From jerk chicken and curry goat to fresh salads, pastries, and decadent desserts, there’s something for every taste.

Cost: $9,750 per person (inclusive of tax and service charge). Special pricing may apply for holidays and events like Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc.

Bubble and Spice

If you find yourself in Montego Bay on a Sunday, Bubble and Spice at Coral Cliff is a must-visit for anyone craving a hearty, flavorful brunch. Formerly known as Rum Jungle, the restaurant rebranded in 2018 and quickly became a favourite for both locals and visitors. 

Bubble and Spice is renowned for serving what is often described as the best brunch in Montego Bay, offering a diverse buffet that caters to all tastes. Whether you’re a meat lover, a vegetarian, or someone who loves traditional breakfast fare, there’s something for everyone. The buffet is loaded with hearty options like ackee and saltfish, grilled or escovitch fish, curried goat, brown stew chicken, and a beef and pork carving station.

For those who enjoy lighter fare, there are signature porridges and soups, freshly boiled ground provisions, and even an omelette station where you can customise your dish just the way you like. If you’re a fan of desserts, you’ll be delighted by the selection of freshly baked treats to finish off your meal.

For a Sunday brunch that combines the best of Jamaican and American breakfast dishes with a stunning, historical backdrop, Bellefield Great House & Gardens in Montego Bay is an ideal spot. Located on Fairfield Road, this charming plantation house offers an All-You-Can-Eat Brunch Buffet that has earned rave reviews for both its variety and quality. Whenever I am planning a brunch date, this is my favourite place to go. 

The Sunday Brunch Buffet at Bellefield is served from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, and it offers a fantastic selection of dishes that cater to every taste. You’ll find traditional Jamaican favorites like curry goat, escovitch fish, and roast beef, alongside classic American breakfast options. Live cooking stations for pancakes and pasta add to the experience, where you can enjoy freshly made dishes right before your eyes.

The buffet is consistently replenished, ensuring that there's always fresh food to choose from, including flavorful sides like potato salad and perfectly cooked plantains. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, making it a great place for families or friends to gather to enjoy good food and great company.

The Cove Restaurant and Bar
