The Jamaican Vibe

It's something you won't find anywhere else in the world. The moment you step off the plane your entire attitude will begin to slow to a easy pace.
Time will be less, and less of importance.

I love Jamaica and everyone that knows me, knows there is no problem with talking me into a holiday on my favorite island.

There are always 'wise guys' that will try to take advantage of the fact that some visitors may be a little naive but that happens all over the world. My advise to new comers and frequent visitors alike is to just use common sense.

That being said, I've never visited a more beautiful place in my life. The attitude, personality, and over all feel of Jamaica just adds to the beauty.

I've traveled all over the northern side of the island look forward to venturing to the southern side to get the full feel of the entire island because just like the saying goes.. 'Once You Go, You Know...'

Loved your post...your title captured the special thing about Jamaica...it's the vibe...and most feel it the moment we step off the plane. Then we meet the friendly helpful people and experience the Jamaican culture of "moving with the breeze and flowing with the seasons of the ups and downs." That's one of my favorite quotes...from a store clerk, a young man in his early 20s. When I was 33 I envisioned I was to host a bread and breakfast in Jamaica...I didn't even know where it was. Now I'm here living the life I dreamed...only even better than I ever imagined. Thanks for the nudge to acknowledge what I love every day.
