Stay High Vibe. Best to not focus on the negative, as thoughts can become things; when negative thoughts are sent out, then they attract more of the same.
Best to keep positive and not give in to fear which also causes stress which causes an acidic environment in our bodies conducive to attracting flu and pneumonia and the development of cancer, diabetes, heart problems, etc.
When negativity comes in or around us, speaking gratitudes is the best antidote. Do keep calm and healthy.
Wellesley's Note
Hey Cheri,
Thanks, as always, for your positive 'high vibe' sentiments my friend! Certainly a healthy way to approach this and these tumultuous times.
And who better to say so and encourage someone than you, a 'written off' survivor with your own story!
By the way, I really suggest you tell you story to the world, I am sure it will encourage someone.
