Lena McCalla Njee, a past student of Sam Sharp Teachers' College, has won the 2011 Teacher of the Year award for The Irvington school District in New Jersey, USA!
Sam Sharpe does deliver world class teachers who are able to compete on the world stage. Mr Simon Clark was the principal when she was a student. He was a great inspiration to all of them as students.
He always encouraged them to take what they learn and make the world a better place through service.
