Contest Entry #020 - Port Antonio, Portland - ahhh the view
This picture is taken of the east harbor of Port Antonio, Portland right across from the environment protection office I’ve been volunteering in for the past two years.
I realize I will probably never have such a great view from an office chair again in my life so I make sure I never take it for granted. I can’t remember exactly what had this picture was taken, as most days are as beautiful as this.
I often watch the boats go across the horizon either heading in or out of the marinas west harbor. Across the bay, on the little peninsula on the left, is where Port Antonios Titchfield High School is located.
The school has the reputation for being the best in the parish. From the spot this picture was taken, Port Antonio town is a 10 minute walk to the west and Prospect fishing beach is just to the east.
