Jamaican-Styled Brunswick Tuna And Spaghetti Spicy Dish
Brunswick Tuna And Spaghetti Spicy Dish Recipe || Jamaican Recipe Contest Entry #8
Ingredients
Brunswick Tuna
Frankfurters
Spaghetti
Tomato
Onion
Escallion
Ketchup
Coconut Oil
Barbeque Sauce
Sorrel Chutney
Water
Salt, Pepper and Black Pepper
METHOD
1. Cook Spaghetti until soft.
2. Cut onion, tomato, Escalion and pepper
3. Add oil to a frying pan (grease it)
4. Saute Cut Seasonings for a minute
5. Add Spaghetti first to the pot
6. Drain tuna and then add it to the pot
7. Stir to avoid sticking to the pot.
8. Mix together ketchup, sorrel chutney, barbeque sauce and black pepper with a little water.
Add this to the pot and allow it to simmer for a minute or two under low flames.
Serving:
Can be eaten with Crackers/biscuit as show.
It can also be used as a side dish.
