Kingston is the island’s capital city and as such you will find a mixture of local and international cuisines in the area. Because of this if you are unfamiliar with the area, you may find it a bit difficult to find a jerk restaurant, although you will definitely spot a few jerk chicken vendors by the street sides.
Here are some of the top restaurants in Kingston to grab some jerk foods.
Sweetwood Jerk Joint, conveniently located next to Emancipation Park, has a delightful selection of Jerk meats such as hog, chicken, sausage, lamb, fish, and conch, as well as delectable sides like as sweet potato, yam, breadfruit, and corn. If you can’t make it there, you can always order your meal from them through Quick Cart Ja and it delivered to you.
