Features & Characteristics Of Homes In Negril Jamaica
Negril is a world renowned tourist resort town and consequently the property value and price is reflected in the asking price on the properties.
However the properties are gardened, gated, fruited, well landscaped, with swimming pool, walls and fencing, furnished (in some cases), with floors of wood, terrazzo and ceramic floors.
Homes are modern and ideally located as well with panoramic views of the crystalline aquamarine ocean as a backdrop.
Security arrangements can be made with private security companies, other homes are in gated communities which are regularly patrolled by these private security companies in most cases homes are grilled.
In terms of space, homes vary in square meters; I saw homes of just over 225 square meters and others up to 2000m2 and more. Most rooms boast 2-6 or bedrooms and bathrooms similarly distributed others even more.
There is even land space for green thumbs to grow tropical plants.
