Question about Business Buying Property in Jamaica.

I have a company and I would like to purchase property but in the name of my business.

Is this possible? and if so, what are the steps I would have to take to do so?

I actually reached out to my friend and real estate agent Maura Watson. She gave me the following response to pass on to you. Here is it...

Yes they can use sane name as long as it is not already taken.

They will need a Jamaican attorney to do this. I use Stephen Johnson from Downer in Kingston. His email is stephen.Johnson@Johnson anddowner.com
