Hi there again!
I hope you are well.
I don't say it often enough, but I do appreciate you been a part of my online Jamaican family and been an ardent subscriber to my site. It's you and others like you, that really motivate me to keep on going.
Today, I have some good information I think you'll find very insightful.
In addition to the news and upcoming events et al, I also include my one-on-one with Carolyn Barret of Barrett Adventures and also highlight Linda's excitement; she is returning to Jamaica for 12 days!
And if you ever thought about places in Jamaica with "Pen" in the name (eg. May Pen), then you'll find this article very insightful as well.
I also included Catcha Falling Star's summer specials as well.
So are your ready my friend?

- ...that Petersfield, Westmoreland is named after Peter Beckford who came to Jamaica soon after the English conquest "to seek his fortune" by selling horses?
His family became successful and inherited Westmoreland properties including Roaring River and Fort William. However, he got seriously in debt and spent some time in the English debtor's prison, the Fleet, where he occupied himself by writing a two-volume History of Jamaica. (VisitJamaica.com)
