Intro

A happy and prosperous new year to you again!

But wait, did you realize that January has fast gone? Weren't we just all celebrating the new year?

Time does fly, especially when you are having fun.

2007 however will remain one of the most important years in my life-- why? Because, it was the year I found SBI and launched this amazing little website.

Thank you too for subscribing to my ezine and become a part of our family. God's willing, 2008 will be an even greater year for us, and you, yes you, will be in the middle of the action.

And by the way, We could not have started the year on a more exciting note; lots to share with you so.....lets get rolling!

• That the highest point in Jamaica is the Blue Mountain Peak, towering at 7,402 feet above sea level?

• ...that spanning the Rio Cobre river at the eastern end of Spanish Town in St. Catherine Jamaica, is a bridge considered to be the oldest of its kind in the western hemisphere? It is the historic Cast Iron Bridge. &

• ...that in 1904, the Bog Walk Tube, that carried water from the Rio Cobre River to the then Bog Walk Power Station, was the largest pipe in the world?

   "A 5,000-capacity convention centre is to be constructed by the Government by 2009, as the administration gets ready to launch the island as a religious tourism destination".
