Hey there again!
Thanks for taking the time to share this edition with me again my friend, I'll make it worth your time, promise :-)
The month of March was crazy partner, as usual lot's of happenings in Jamaica. We had Prince Harry's visit, the Local Government Elections and a whole lot more.
And we were busy on the website too! If you recall, I indicated to you that we'll be having a grand Jamaica50 contest?
(Again, I'll ask that if you or anyone you know is interested in sponsoring a small prize, please let me know asap!).
But we also added lot's of new and informative pages, including the fresh Jamaica vacation deals page (more on that below).
There are also a number exciting events scheduled for the month of April here! And as usual, I am itching to share some of this with you my friend.

- ......that "Blackbeard" (Edward Teach) the notorious pirate, was born in Spanish Town, Jamaica 'of very creditable parents.' He went to sea at age 15 and drifted into piracy. By the turn of the 18th century he was in command of his own vessel. Blackbeard was so called because he had a beard so huge that he twisted it into tails and tied it with ribbons. Adding to his ferocious appearance, he also stick fuses under his hat and light them as he battle. It was said that he is supposed to have had 14 wives. (VisitJamaica.com)
